I stayed for 4 nights and the staff. ingrid at reception was very helpful. the hotel grounds looked nice and were kept well. a free bus runs regularly to the center, made getting around easy.
there were no hot drinks available in the evening, only soft drinks and beer. this was a slight disappointment.

the hotel offers a complimentary bus service that operates frequently to the town center and beach; it takes about ten minutes each way. the bus runs most of the day, providing convenient transportation. you must wear a face mask to use it.

the family room was spacious and cleaned daily; i got fresh towels when i wanted them. the bathroom could use updating, but overall the room was satisfactory! the beds were comfortable; i got a good nights sleep.

the free bus to the beach was acceptable. i mean, it got me there, eventually.
The room cleaning? let's just say i found more dust bunnies than clean towels. It was like a scavenger hunt, and the treasures were all allergens. and the noise. oh, the noise. it appears soundproofing was an optional extra that they, um, opted out of. Every slammed door and raised voice echoed through the halls at all hours.

The room I stayed in was spacious. The free bus to the city center was useful. There were many coffee machines, so getting coffee was easy.
The pool gates did not open until 10:00. A lifeguard threw away my son's fruit when I was in the pool. The hotel is further from the beach than advertised.

The hotel is close to the airport.. this is a real bonus after a late night arrival. the reception staff were super friendly and efficient. Check-in was completed quickly and smoothly.
i found the queue for drinks at the bar was a little long at peak times.

The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus service to the town and beach. It was prompt and comfortable (I really appreciated that). The staff were helpful and always smiling. I hired beach towels and received my money back upon their return. I could change them as needed.
The rooms felt a little dated and could use some updating. I noticed the absence of hot drinks in the evening. Plenty of soft drinks and beer were available, however. This was a slight disappointment.

The food selection included options for various dietary needs, a great bonus. There was constant entertainment for all ages like foam parties and water polo. A free shuttle offered prompt transport to both town and the beach. I found the staff very helpful and cute .
The pool gates remained closed, not opening until 10:00 AM each morning.
